Chicken Recipe: Buttermilk-Fried Chicken Sandwich
Here are the procedures to make Buttermilk-Fried Chicken Sandwich.
1. Prepare these ingredients:
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cayenne pepper

2. Stir those ingredients to make the first batter
3. Dip 8 boneless chicken thighs to the first batter, and refrigerate 1 hour.
4. Prepare these ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt 
  • 3 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
5. Stir those ingredients, and refrigerate 1 hour to make the second batter.
6. Prepare these ingredients:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cayenne pepper
7. Stir those ingredients to make the third batter.
8. Take the boneless chicken thigh and dip it to the third batter, then fry it.
9. Then serve it with burger bun, butter lettuce, tomato, and the second batter.
