|Cake Recipe : Mirror Glaze Cake|
1. Put the strawberry jam in a elastic cake mold.
2. Put a yellow cake on it, and freeze it.
3. Put a white chocolate mousse in an elastic cake mold.
5. Add more mousses and cakes, and freeze it overnight.
6. Boil 300 ml water
7. Add these ingredients, then stir it to make the batter:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
8. Soak 15 sheets gelatin in water 5 minutes. and put it in the batter.
9. Prepare 26 ounces white chocolate.
10. Pour the batter in it, then stir it with immersion blender.

12. Add food coloring, then stir it with immersion blender.
13. Release the cake from elastic cake mold.
